A lake dye registered by E.P.A. for control of aquatic plant growth. Aquashade is a unique blend of blue and yellow dyes specifically designed to screen or shade portions of the sunlight spectrum required by underwater plant and algae growth. This shading inhibits photosynthesis in young, bottom growth suppressing growth and development of nuisance conditions. Aquashade can be used in place of, or as a companion to registered aquatic herbicides and algaecides in managing aquatic nuisance growth. For best results, apply before growing season starts, or when growth is on the bottom. Application rate: 1 gallon per 4 acre feet of water.Learn More

This treatment would be followed up by ½ quart 21 days after the initial treatment and another ½ quart 42 days after the initial treatment. In fact, Sonar RTU is so effective and simple to use, the results are guaranteed. We’re so sure that applications of Sonar RTU conducted according to directions will control target aquatic vegetation listed on the label that we’ll work with you until you see the results you expect. Sonar RTU and Duckweed Many pond owners consider duckweed to be their toughest aquatic weed problem. Duckweed is a very common nuisance aquatic weed that is spread from pond to pond via waterfowl or other wildlife. While it is commonly mistaken for algae, duckweed is actually a tiny plant with an explosive reproductive capacity that can completely cover a pond in just a few weeks to the point that the infested waterbody resembles a golf-course green. No other aquatic herbicide is more effective on duckweed. Sonar provides complete, long-lasting control of duckweed and other stubborn unwanted aquatic vegetation. Sonar RTU programs should be initiated in February thru the end of June for optimal results. Once an untreated pond has been allowed to top out with weeds, consumers should consider the use of Sonar AS or Sonar Q. Contact Aquatic Control for programs options and application dates.Learn More
Thick rubberized self-sinking ½” air line to maximize air flow between the Windmill air compressor and the air diffusers. Weighted so that your air line is on the bottom of the pond.
- Prevents tangling with fishing line, boat motors, etc.
- For use with all aeration systems
OWS searched far and wide to come up with a rubber membrane diffuser that can generate a ton of air! What's even better is that this is a low psi design, which means your windmill or electric aerator doesn't have to struggle to open up the perforated slits like it would with some rubber membranes on the market.
This 9" membrane is used in the water treatment industry to really move the water through it's precision perforated slits. Unit comes with a backflow valve and 1/2" fittings to plug into your 1/2" airline. Rated for up to 5 CFM and perfect for lakes or ponds, especially where you're only running one diffuser.
This diffuser also comes with a base that can be filled with sand or gravel so it sinks to the bottom of your pond.Learn More
