- Q: I have 48 in fencing and I want to use t post to run my fence. I want to keep cattle in and I would like a stran of barbed wire at the top. How long of a post will i need to use?

- A: Hello,
I would recommend using a 4 1/2 to 5 foot post, because the strand of barb wire is so small it will not take up a lot of room on the post. - Do you find this question helpful? Yes No
