Grip Tools 3000 lb 12 Volt Electric ATV Winch 28770

The main reason I bought this winch is to lift a snow blade. It has worked OK for last winter. However the knob used to shift from Engage to Free spool never has worked. It is stick in the Engage position. I can't release it so I can't pull the cable out to use the winch if I need the winch to help get unstuck.

Got this over the past winter. Finally installed it on my ATV.
All wires are labeled, and install was easy. It comes with a wireless remote. Nice product at a Great price.

I bought this Winch for my new race car trailer and when I received it I was very happy with the quality of the product for the price.
I had a problem with the remote control and when I called customer support I was sent a new remote control ASAP.

Recently purchased thru Rural King. Easy installation, great value. I fabricated a receiver/mount with the relay box attached so that it can be moved and used anywhere w/ a 12v dc power source. Mount it to your atv, vehicle or a tree and you have instant recovery. Great for retrieving deer deep in the woods where your atv won't go. Thanks RK.

It seems to be a bit slow when pulling a 1200# bale of hay on the trailer. It does not pull like my old winch but the remote in nice to have when I am in the tractor

bought this winch on sale ordered a hvy duty mounting plate on line cost almost as much as winch. great setup can pull me out of any trouble i get into can beat the value.

Installed the winch on my UTV the same day a received it. Everything fit and wiring was a breeze. Took my wife down to the Platte River the next and ran around on the sand bars occasionally traveling through very shallow waters as it has been very, very dry here. Anyway as luck would have it I hit some quick sand and the front end of my new UTV was sunk just above the front tires. Tried the 4 WDR and with the Differential Lock but it was a no go. Flagged down another big ATV and we hooked up the winch cable. He thought he could pull me out but all he managed to do was sink all 4's down to the axles which gave me a great anchor point. I got in my UTV and pushed the button for the winch, once the cable tightened up my UTV with wife and me in tow slowly inched our way out. in my opinion the winch paid for itself the first time out. Yes, i would recommend your product to anyone who may need a good reliable winch.

I have had this winch for about a year now and works great. I have it mounted on a Polaris four wheeler and have used it many of times for recovery and moving trailers around as well. The wireless remote works great as does the mounted rocker switch. This is a great buy and a great winch! I recommend it to anyone!
