Value Quality Price coat says dry clean, this is bad. Had my coat drycleaned and it turned into a pile of hardened plastic. These cleaning instructions are wrong. Have been for two years. rual king refuses to make good on replacing the coat or giving my money back. Insisting the drycleaner messed it up. The catch is that I am the drycleaner, and did not inapropriately clean it. Please change the care instructions to suit the coat. You cant "Dryclean only, do not bleach, cool bleach if needed. WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN!
