- Returns & Replacements
- All Manufacturing Return Policies Supersede Rural King's Return Policy.
- Rural King will consider returns due to shipping error, defect, or damage within 30 days of receipt. Rural King retains the sole right to approve or decline returns, depending upon the product and circumstance. Due to their product nature, Rural King cannot accept returns of gas or diesel-powered items once said items have contained oil or gas. Once said items have been used they must be repaired at an authorized service center under the manufacturer's warranty. In order to obtain a refund or exchange, call 1800-561-1752 to gain a return authorization.
- Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received. In order for you to receive full credit, the product must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. Refunds will be made by crediting the original credit card account number used for the purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable.

How to Return a Purchase
- 1. Please use the original shipping box and package materials.
- 2. Return a printout of receipt with order number that was emailed upon ordering.
- 3. Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package.

- 5. For your protection, return the product via UPS, prepaid and insured, or U.S. Mail, prepaid and insured. Retain your UPS or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or a replacement.
- Ordering
- We will honor most all Rural King company sales online. However, sales unique to ruralking.com may not apply in store. We will also do our best to price match other companies with the same product (Email us with a copy of the competitors ad at customerservice@ruralking.com to price match).
- We accept payment types of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for Credit Card Transactions. We do not accept American Express. We also accept personal or business checks or money orders mailed to our corporate address for orders already placed on our website. We do not accept any promotional credit card checks or two party checks.
