Price Value Quality We've had one of these for over 40 years. It's never been broken, is always a labor saver, winds up old fence neatly so that it can be reused. We move fence quite a bit, and this tool helps in the speed and effectiveness of getting the job done right. I couldn't imagine putting up small spooled wire fencing without it. The only drawback is remembering where I put it last.
