Product and service was great but packing and shipping need improvement. Brick were packed flat and loose in large box, when I received them it look like a pile of crushed stone and other products shipped in same box were damaged . Shipping can be fixed by putting brick on edge in separate box within shipping box.
Still I like Rural King and will keep buying from them, just need to improve on shipping.
