Customer Reviews

Don't buy it! Review by Doug Wingfield

First, the unit comes with no instructions (other than safety precautions like "don't put your fingers in the hook". There are no wiring or assembly instructions.
Next, the winch has no bracket to attach the roller bars. In the picture, it looks like they're connected to the winch, but they're not. The factory says you need to fabricate your own bracket our of 1/4" steel.
Third, the safety precautions tell you to only run the winch for 45 seconds, then wait for 14 mintues, 15 seconds before running it again. What? Last - mine was dead out of the box.
Oh yeah - one other thing - you can call 100 times and you'll never get a real person. All you can do is leave a message and
eventually they'll call you back.
