- Great Kayak Review by Gary Billard
Price Value Quality
This is a great Kayak....easy to maneuver. Light weight and you keep quite dry for a sit on Kayak. Cheaper on Amazon with free shipping.

- Would Not Recomend buying this Kayak for over $325 Total with shipping included Review by Scott Miller
Quality Price Value
Low Quality. Very thin plastic. Kayak is not self bailing, for a Sit On Top kayak this is a bad feature not to have. Removable rod holder is cheap and definately not a Scotty brand.
The P.A.C. that comes with it... I am not sure why they manufacture it and include it. It is like a surplus piece that they felt they needed to find a use for. It takes up more room than it creates storage for. I can see no practical use for it.
By the time that you pay shipping, you might as well buy a quality kayak such as a Wilderness System, Native Watercraft, Perception, etc. I have less of an investment total in my Native Watercraft Redfish 14 than I do with this lesser kayak after all is said and done.
Kayak came somewhat beat up with large gouges and scratches in front hull and 2 large gouges on top rail. I would estimate that with the light quality plastic it may make it a season before it is no longer water tight.
I would not recomend this kayak. If it were not such an awkward item to ship I would have returned; but then would have been out the return costs. This is just a spare for guests, so I will use it as long as it lasts and then choose differently next time around. If this Kayak could be purchased, taxed, and shipped for a total of $325 or less, it would be a good value.
