As an addendum to my previous review. Rural King contacted King Kutter and they are to ship the missing coupler and hardware net week directly from King Kutter. So Rural King Customer service came through and are rectifying the problem. King Kutter is making good on the missing parts. Based on the other reviews it still seems that King Kutter needs to improve their quality control however.. PS both spacers go on the inside of the wheels and the washer and pin go on the outside.

- Quality Control Issue with King Kutter Review by Lewis Schatz
Value Quality Price
Reviewing other reviews it seems that King Kutter has a quality control issue. Others did not receive the correct size axle spacers. Mine were correct. However when I received mine it was missing the trailer receiver. I took a photo of it before I removed it from the pallet and called King Kutter. They said I needed to deal with Rural King and the receiver should have been bolted to the towing bar. Well it was not and there are not any scratches in the mounting holes to indicate that bolts were ever inserted. I sent several messages to Rural King customer service Indicating that they have the correct receiver in their inventory and could send one to me along with the correct size bolts and I will install it. I also pointed out that I took a photo of the towing bar before unpacking the pallet. Instead of taking this route they decided to contact King Kutter who wanted me to send Rural King a copy of the photo. I did this and received an acknowledgement of receipt of the photo and the forwarding of it to King Kutter from Rural King customer service. I am still waiting for a resolution of this simple problem and feel that I am being whipsawed between the two companies over a $10.00 part. This is my first purchase from Rural King and I am not very happy. Meanwhile I cannot use the Kulti-Packer. If this continues much longer I will purchase a coupler locally, install it and black list both King Kutter and Rural King.

- Very Unsatisfied Review by Bryan Voth

1.no instructions pertaining to the order in which the collars, washers and tires go on the cultipacker shaft.
2.one set of the collars was too small and would not fit on the shaft.
I called the business and a man tried to help me but he said all the people with the knowledge were on vacation. took him a couple of days but called me back and said he finally got access to another cultipacker and 1 set of collars was too small on that one also.
they would not fit on the shaft. he mailed me 2 more collars but I needed to use the cultipacker that weekend so I had to buy 2 collars from a industrial supply company.
3. the holes in the square tubing which is attached to the hitch were not correctly drilled and would not match up with the holes in the square tubing coming out of the cultipacker. the pin would not go all the way through. I had to take it to a machine shop and get it drilled so I could secure the pin.
Obviously there is little or no quality control at your company. Being that I spent right at $1000.00 including freight, you would think I would get a fairly high quality product. This is not the case at all. Based on my experience, I will not recommend your companies products to anyone. moreover, I will probably tell them about my negative experience.

IT'S HEAVY, IT'S WELL BUILT, IT'S WELL DESIGNED AND IT PERFORMS AS IT SHOULD. DO A GOOD SOIL PREP JOB AND IF THE WEATHER COOPERATES, IT WILL GROW AND THEY WILL COME. ENOUGH SAID.

- Good overall Review by Mississippi Deer Doc
Price Value Quality
Ease of use and transport is a plus. Need to add weight for heavier soils. Overall great quality but I gave it three stars....it is currently sitting in the woods b/c the linch pin for the left wheel broke and the wheel fell off (first use). Heavy duty equipment with flimsy joint pieces don't mix well with rough terrain. Should be an easy fix. Still worth the price.
