Quality Price Value I'm well satisfied with the product. However not the add which stated "Free shipping on orders over $ XX.XX. in BIG letters! THEN, I was charged a "BIG" shipping fee. When calling about it, I was directed back to the ad which in small (very small) letters gave the exception. My opinion? Very poor customer relations.......poor enough that I'll not buy from there again.

Value Quality Price stuff really does what it says. great product for saltwater nuts and bolts. worrks on long or short bolts,yes i said bolts.
