I'm well satisfied with the product. However not the add which stated "Free shipping on orders over $ XX.XX. in BIG letters! THEN, I was charged a "BIG" shipping fee. When calling about it, I was directed back to the ad which in small (very small) letters gave the exception. My opinion? Very poor customer relations.......poor enough that I'll not buy from there again.
I despise the "Gotchas"!
