- Great heater. Review by Mike
Price Value Quality
I bought this a couple of weeks ago to use in a small garage. I purposely bought a much bigger heater than I need at this time since I'll be building a larger shop soon and didn't want to have to buy a different one afterwards. This heater was very easy to assemble and works great-heating my present, un-insulated building from 25 to nearly 60 degrees in less than 5 minutes. Yes, it is a little loud, but all heaters of this type are. This one is quieter than another 125k btu unit of a different brand that I used to own though. The built in thermostat is a nice feature too. You used to have to buy a separate thermostat that you would then connect and hang on a wall near the heater. That gave you another cord to watch out for and they usually didn't work very well anyway.
The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the fuel gauge is hard to see because of it's location and it isn't accurate either. It really couldn't be located anywhere else though and these types of gauges are never accurate anyway so I was expecting that. They should have just left it out.

If you purchased your item through Rural King and you are still within the window of the first year warranty. We can put you in contact with the manufacturer. There number is 800-251-0001 and ask for a technician. I'm not sure what they can do for you, but at least you could call and see what they have to say. Thank you for contacting Rural King.com
