Price Value Quality I am so happy I made this purchase. I smoked a chicken and a large pork shoulder and both came out tender, juicy and beautifully browned. Can't beat the price and quick shipping.

- Great smoker for the price Review by J

Quality Price Value This is my first smoker. I did a lot of research, but I didn't want to pay a fortune. Works great.
Easy to set up, maintains temperature and smoke with very little fiddling. Need to refill wood chips and water every 3 1/2 hours.
Start if off on high until the chips start smoking and then dial down to medium or low medium to keep the temp at 220 degrees in 30 degree weather.
Plenty of room, but not too big. Could be slightly heavier gauge material and I had one nut that was stripped.
Rural King price was the best and with free shipping, you can't do better. Fast delivery with no damage.(Posted on 1/2/13)

Price Value Quality My first electric smoker. Works out great. Took about a half hour to assemble. Seems to be a high quality grill. I seasoned it as they said. I have smoked a pork loin I let set in the brine from the book. Cut it with a fork tender. Then a ham last weekend. Again great. Fixing ribs, corn on the cob and potatoed for Christmas.
I was concerned if the wood chips would work out at first but they do.
I now have 7 grills and this is my favorite.(Posted on 12/22/12)
- Works great, but... Review by Aaron

Quality Price Value This is my first electric smoker. I did some research prior to purchasing and this is a Smoke Hollow smoker. It has favorable reviews on amazon, but it costs more on there. I did read about the leaking of liquid while smokingcoming from the legs and the door, so I purchased a washing machine pan to put under the legs so I can cook with it on my covered patio and not stain the concrete. Assembly took about 30 minutes taking my time with the "help" of my 3yr old son. The temperature gauge is very accurate to that of the independent gauge I have hanging from the rack. It does reach close to 400* if you want to crisp some chicken skin and it does 150* smoking for cold smoking. I set it about medium(250*) and it cooks a 6# pork butt in about 6 hours. This was in 80* weather. I'm using it tomorrow in the 30-50* weather and I will see how well it smokes then.
