Good seed great price Review by Eric

Really,Rural King has some great prices on seed. I've bought several sacs of Alfalfa seed, least expensive on my searches, and always a great product. I live in N.M. and still return to RK for the best prices.. Wish they would open a shop in Hatch !!.

    • A: Hello Cody,
As far as prepping the area every situation is going to be different. The seeds will work best if you clear out the weeds and till the area.

    • Q: How long do I need to keep my horses off the pasture after i seed it?
    • Show Answer
    • A: Hello Emily,
I have talked with the manufacture. They said to keep the horses off of the pasture until the grass gets about 4-8" high. He also said the be aware once you do put them back on, they will go at the grass like crazy, so you will need to regulate their pasture time. This is because the grass will be too rich and they will bloat and it would be unhealthy for them.
      Thank you
