The pelletized lime is a good product at a good price! I used it as a soil amendment for the heavy clay soil I have in my yard.
It was delivered faster than expected. It arrived without any tears to the bag. It was a pleasure doing business with the folks at Rural King!

- Q & A
Product QuestionsYou state in the above Q&A that this product is good for use anywhere one would use agricultural lime. When using it on the lawn, can you let dogs out on it after application or do you have to wait for rain before doing so?Question by: Pat on Mar 15, 2015 4:37:12 AMAs you spread the tiny pellets, they are easily visible across the grass blades. A solid watering across the entire lawn forces the fertilizer down into the soil. You can let your pets back onto the lawn after 24 hours have elapsed from the last time you saw granules on the grass blades. A full day allows the fertilizer to soak deep into the soil and provides evaporation time for the water.Answer by: D.J. (Admin) on Mar 15, 2015 4:37:12 AMHow long do you wait to use this lime after seeding or can you apply the same time with new seeds?Question by: Brandon on Aug 18, 2013 11:33:26 AMHello,
I do not believe you will need to wait any amount of time. If you follow the link below it will take you to more information about the lime. Have a nice day!

(Admin) on Aug 18, 2013 11:33:26 AMI am looking for the pellet lime for my vegetable garden, is this it? I can't read the bag in the picture. It has been a couple years since I purchased any, and all I see now is for yards. Thank you.Question by: bren on Apr 13, 2014 9:54:12 AMHello Bren,
This product would be good for use anyplace you would use regular agricultural lime, so all 3 locations you listed would be fine. However, it is recommended that for pastures with grazing animals, you let the product be rained on before letting animals graze.Answer by: D.J. (Admin) on Apr 13, 2014 9:54:12 AM
