- idle switch does not work, why have the voltage selector switch? Review by Dan Arnholt

Just purchased the generator. We could not figure out why the generator has an idle switch which does not work. The wiring schematic just shows it closes the DC circuit between the rectifier and the DC out put jacks.
I still can't figure out why it has a voltage selector switch which will only allow either the 240 30 amp plug to be energized or all of the 120 volt outlets, but not both at the same time. I bought this for an emergency generator only, therefore I can make it work for our needs, but it would be nice to have all outlets available all the time like my other generator that I have.

- Good gen but componets (switch) are not working ,bad seclector switch Review by bob

My gen worked good but after a few uses the 120/240 switch is bad. Also auto idle never worked correctly. It has plenty of wattage but switching is weak
