Quality Price Value The Product came when Rural King said it would. I have used the product once and it had good performance. Looking for durability, but that will come in time hopefully. The only negative feedback I can give is that they only had 22 in the store and some people left with three on their pallet and we had to wait on the back order. But in the long run, Rural King came through and did not mislead us.

Quality Price Value When they have a sale in the store there should be a limit on the quantity of the item you can purchase. We tried to buy this item at the store but people we allowed to get as many of them as they wanted, so people were leaving with 6 or 7 generators. We had to purchase this one online and pay all the extra shipping fees and had to wait until a week ago to get it.

The store people were nice but this brand new generator wont work.Ive had my mechanics check it out and it STILL wont work! They wont exchange or let me apply its cost and buy a more expensive one.The policy is all generator sales are final...but they should be operable when you buy them!!!!! Otherwise Rural King is selling defective merchandise and doing nothing about it.I doubt anything will come of this review,but I am very upset in Harrisburg,Ill.
