Quality Price Value This is a great item, however stock had sat on the shelf and never got dusted. It was old stock. Stock was discolored in places due to being dirty. Partial refund was given, Great communication. Had to use bleach water and cleaning products to remove the dirt and spots. Once cleaned I was very Happy with item.
