A great lake fishing boat Review by s79yalpt

I purchased my Sportsman spring of 2013. It's easy to handle and can go places on the water most boats cannot. For the price you can't go wrong. Added a 30 lb. trolling motor to get around in. Seats are a bit hard, so i opted out with some nice padded ones. I'm looking for a cover for the boat, but i believe they don't make one. Last winter I tarped it up and stored it in the shed. I would buy another one in a minute.

awesome! Review by Debra

My husband and I bought this bought may 2014 and have had it out on the water together twice, and he's been out with his dad another handful of times. It works great! We bought a trolling motor also from rural king (unsure of which one, but it was the cheapest, we paid $119 for it, has 30lbs of thrust), and it just scoots right across the water! Love that with the small size, can get into smaller bodies of water and into small channels in lakes where larger boats wouldn't be able to. We also bought different seats, they fold & snap shut and have a cushion as the bucket seats are not comfortable. But the swivels they come attached too are universal, so any seat can be attached. You will not be dissappointed with this little boat!

Good small lake boat Review by Mark knight

I have had my sun dolphin pro 120 since 1995. It is a great small lake fishing boat. It has out lived two trailers. I have used both a trolling motor and a 5 hourse motor. Both worked great. It does have some small leaks around the pop rivets. I try to keep them sealed. But all and all it is a great fishing boat!!

I own this boat....it is great! Review by Pullatch

I own this boat. I had sold my 16" Bass Tracker and wanted a small "pond Hopping" boat. I can load and unload by myself by sliding it. I own a small truck and it can be hauled in the bed if placed at an angle. It fishes GREAT! Beats the heck out of setting on an aluminum bench in a john-boat. You are not low in the water so casting is easy and it feels very safe until you have to stand up.You could not flip the thing over if you tried but is a little wobbly if you stand. For the price? You could buy this boat, a battery, and trolling motor for the same price as the large outdoor stores want for this style boat alone. Good deal.

    • A: Hello,

      The seats are absolutely included.

  • From Chip Kalvin at 5/9/13 2:41 PM
    • Q: I am VERY interested in this boat. My concern is its fitting into my truck:
2002 Toyota Tacoma. I understand the 'overall' width of the boat is 48", and I see it is a twin hull.
Width at the tailgate (and insice the shell) is 53".
Width between the fenderwells is 40". Perhaps I could place runners under the boat to raise it as the boat slides in (?).

Can you tell me if this boat will slide in. Length is a non-issue.
      Thank You
    • Show Answer
    • A: Hello,

With the boat only being 48" wide, is should fit on top of the fenders, but it may stick up out of the top a lot more than if it were in between the fenders.
