All Generator Sales are Final. No returns. If you have a warranty issue it will be your responsibility to take to your local store for item to be fixed by one of our mechanics. If you purchase online and do not have a local store you can ship the item to us to be repaired at your expense both ways. Rural King assumes no liability of freight damage. If product is damaged in shipping the customer will be responsible for filing a freight claim with that carrier.

Price Value Quality Had to buy this in an emergency: flooded basement and no power to run the sump pump.... in a huge multi-day downpour. Unit worked great right out of the box. Ran it for about 3-4 hours with no problems and we now have a (mostly) dry basement. Just make sure your sump pump is 3/4 HP or less (probably won't run a 1/2 HP or larger pump).
Looking forward to also taking this camping as it's very portable and easy to carry.(Posted on 4/19/13)
