- Q: Gentlemen: I am a technical Inspector with the NYC School Construction Authority. I am reviewing an application of a FR 150 hand pump factory installed on a Emergency Generator diesel oil Transfer pump set. The Question I have is; What is the maximum outlet pressure the pump can operate against? The data submitted to me identifies the suction lift but not the discharge pressure.
