Is this stove made in the USA?
Just bought two of these stoves . . . we've noticed that the there are gaps under the doors that allow airflow. These seems to make the stoves burn too hot - we can't restrict it if it is burning too hot. Every other stove we have owned has had a tight chamber controlled by the damper. Could you let us know if there may be some reason for this? We cannot stoke the stove for a long, slow burn - making it necessary to feed it small amounts frequently.

can i put a blower on this stove, if so which one
Is there a vent/ hood system for the smoke that comes out the top. It looks like it just vents it out.
