I did a online pickup order for quite a bit of material, they had in ready in about an hour. Employees were friendly and very helpful loading the material.

We went to return boots in the box with all original packaging intact that have never been worn except for being tried on by my son in-store 10/26 without the receipt which has been misplaced. I paid cash for these boots, the customer service rep at the returns section tried to help but it was ultimately shut down by a Rebekah who was cashing out customers and exclaimed across the store without the receipt we dont know if you bought them 30 days ago or 6 months ago after saying if it couldn't be pulled up by my phone number or by a debit credit purchase. Very unprofessional way to handle my issue in front of other customers. Plus I have reread the return policy and it does not mention you need to have used a phone number or a debt credit purchase to still get instore credit. Just that the item is with all tags and packaging and the item is in original like new condition. I offered my valid state ID as that is another requirement without a reciept. Tractor supply would have honored the store credit that they offer on returns unlike Rural King. Definitely lost my business.

my boyfriend and I went into the store today for some bird feed and to look around. we always enjoy looking at the chicks they carry. unfortunately today, we saw 3 chicks in one bin on the ground gasping for breath, and in another bin one chick was stuck in their food dish. when I spoke to an employee about it, he stated that he had to go help another customer and asked if he could, I waved him off. I had asked another employee to talk to a manager, as I was a bit upset about the lack of care they showed their chicks. when I spoke to the manager he was lacking empathy or sympathy about what was going on, he stated that they check their chicks every hour and that another employee was going to handle the sick chicks, however we did not see anyone over near the chicks getting the sick ones out. I understand that livestock and fowl have their own guidelines, but being someone who has trained in various animal husbandry skills, and the care that the manager showed in regards of the animals in his store was less than appealing. I was really disappointed that he did not want me to show him what was going on or which buckets were of my concern. he was very matter of fact and blaze about my concerns and did not show any empathy or sympathy of what I voiced.
