only negative comment I have is we purchase our water softener salt there-usually at least 6 bags at a time. They always ask if we need help loading and we say "yes" and they give us a load ticket. We head our to the lot and wait - no one comes. We're in our 70s and the bags are 40 lbs. We wind up loading them ourselves. Once (last year) they sent a pregnant woman out , we said "never mind". Again, today, we had to load 6 40lb bags up into the back of our pickup truck. They should either do away with the load help all together or actually have someone who will assist.
