1. Find the rebate form below for the product you purchased.

2. Download and print the rebate form.

3. Complete the rebate form according to the instructions on the form.

4. Include any and all receipt, proof of purchase or UPC codes required by the rebate.

5. Mail the rebate to the address specified on the rebate form. DO NOT MAIL THE REBATE TO RURAL KING.

6. That's it! You should receive your rebate within the time indicated on the rebate form. If you have questions about your rebate, please contact the manufacturer. Please do not contact Rural King about problems with manufacturer rebates. We would love to help if we could, but the rebate is not ours. It is the manufacturer's and only they can help with problems regarding their rebates.
